Facilities
Our training facility, spanning a full acre, covers five specialized areas to target specific types of workouts. From our indoor rooms with a variety of machines and equipment, to our outdoor area with a 18x36' swimming pool, confidence course, and sports courts, there's sure to be a workout for you.
Indoor
Weight Training
Go heavy to get light! With a variety of weights and machines, including functional training cages, a smith machine, Gravitron, powertech machine, bench press, cable crossover and more, you can build strength and lower your weight.
Kickboxing Room
In the Kickboxing Room, you can beat up on your trainer one-on-one hitting pads, or work out in groups building speed and strength doing plyometric drills.
Rowing Machine
Build speed, strength, and endurance on our Rowing Machines.
Outdoor
The Pool
Thinking about cooling off in our 18x36' Pool? Think again! With a variety of swim drills, workouts, and exercises, you'll find the training doesn't end once you hit the water.
Sand Area
Training with resistance builds muscle strength and endurance. Doing these drills will give you an edge over the competition!
Running
